We are a Manchester based husband and wife team who have a wealth of experience, built across our combined careers in the public and private sectors. We set up Schuss Consulting as a vehicle for allowing us to bring our skills to a wider range of clients as we pursue our portfolio careers. We are particularly keen to help organisations in the voluntary sector as our other commitments allow, and would be delighted to hear from organisations in the North West in particular that feel they might benefit from our skills and experience.
Andy Vernon
Director
Andy works with public and private sector organisations to design and deliver programmes of transformation using technology. He has 30 years of technology strategy, change management, and business transformation experience across over 50 different organisations in the UK, mainland Europe and the Middle East. This makes him the ideal choice to “ignite” or direct transformation in a range of roles from strategy and transformation director, to non-executive.
Kellie Vernon
Director
Kellie works in range of paid and unpaid roles in the public and voluntary sectors. With a clinical background, she is expert in disability issues and leads on this for a major advice organisation in South Manchester. She is an advisory member of a number of national organisations and charities in the field of cancer research, and also brings her unique expertise to a central Government organisation for which she works part time.
